Lead Nurturing:
- Serve as the primary first point of contact for early-stage prospective students.
- Deliver personalized, timely, and accurate information to prospects and inquiries.
- Identify inquiries who are “application-ready” and route them to recruiters promptly.
Lead Engagement Strategy:
- Work with the Assistant Director to develop strategies for outreach.
- Create and update call scripts, email templates, and messaging guidelines.
- Develop and host events both in person and virtually.
CRM & Marketing Technology:
- Use Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other systems to track lead communication.
- Pull and prepare regular reports on lead volume and engagement trends.
- Monitor lead source performance to help inform marketing investment.
