How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Support Surefire Cyber’s Business Development team by helping keep our CRM accurate.
  • You’ll also have the opportunity to observe and participate in live sales activities to gain hands-on experience.
  • Assist with day-to-day sales operations.

Your Role In Action:

  • Support the Business Development team by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM.
  • Assist with organizing account and pipeline data to improve reporting, visibility, and overall sales operations.
  • Support outbound outreach efforts through email and LinkedIn campaigns, including list-building, contact enrichment, and prospect research.

Your Expertise:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets, and willing to learn CRM systems.
