What You'll Do:

  • Design learning strategies and comprehensive curricula for ERP implementations, translating complex processes into user-friendly materials.
  • Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions, and support user adoption through coaching and facilitation.
  • Partner with Organizational Change Management consultants to align training with change strategies and measure effectiveness.

Who We're Looking For:

  • You have 3+ years designing and delivering enterprise software training, with proficiency in authoring tools and Microsoft Office.
  • You possess strong facilitation and communication skills, and can manage multiple priorities across concurrent client engagements.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, IT, or Communications (or equivalent experience) is required; Workday experience is preferred.
