  • Design and deliver role-based learning strategies and training curricula for ERP implementations, including instructor-led materials, eLearning, job aids, and videos.
  • Partner with organizational change management consultants and client stakeholders to align training with adoption strategies, and support user readiness through UAT, cutover, and go-live.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, managing multiple client engagements while contributing to methodology development and continuous improvement within the Digital Transformation practice.
