- Develop flowcharts, templates, annotated reports, and click-path workflows.
- Support training products: participant workbooks, quick reference guides, and job aids.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing user guides and technical documentation.
- Preferred: healthcare or federal agency documentation experience.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote, part-time engagement (approximately 600 hours over 12 months).
- Documentation will be used at hundreds of IHS hospitals and clinics nationwide.
- Consistent style and 508 compliance required.
