Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and maintain federal healthcare policy documentation in alignment with VHA directive formats and governance approval processes.
- Translate complex workforce analysis, staffing models, and informatics content into clear, concise materials for executive leadership.
- Manage document version control, review cycles, and artifact traceability across multiple workstreams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in strategic communications or healthcare communications.
- Experience with federal government initiatives, preferably within the VA and VHA.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Electronic Health Record modernization or health IT transformation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
