Clinical Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain self-paced clinical learning including e-learning modules, videos, assessments, and job aids.
• Facilitate select virtual and live learning experiences such as orientation sessions and case-based discussions.
• Partner with teammates across Learning & Development to support learning priorities and shared standards.

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active, unencumbered license and relevant clinical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in instructional or learning design, ideally in healthcare, with experience creating self-paced learning.
• Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills, plus experience working with a Learning Management System.

What Success Looks Like:

• Providers reach readiness faster and feel clear on expectations, with priority clinical learning in scalable formats.
• Live learning is interactive and focused, reinforcing self-paced content rather than duplicating it.
• Learning content stays current without constant rebuilds, and the team operates with shared design standards.
