Role:
- Architect and continuously improve Syllo Academy, defining structure, navigation, and learner experience.
- Administer the LMS, including user management, content organization, course publishing, and reporting.
- Establish and maintain curriculum design standards, templates, style guides, and quality review checklists.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in instructional design or learning experience design in a SaaS environment.
- Experience administering an LMS at the system level.
- Proficiency with video and multimedia production tools like Camtasia, Articulate, or Adobe Captivate.
Capabilities:
- Systems thinking: see the Academy as a whole and manage it as a connected system.
- Standards discipline: establish design standards and hold the department to them consistently.
- Analytical orientation: use data to identify what's working and act on it.
