Accountabilities:
- Lead, manage, and support the development of instructor-led and virtual learning content for software implementation.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to translate requirements into training programs.
- Apply instructional design methodologies throughout the ADDIE lifecycle to create engaging learning materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of instructional design experience.
- Strong understanding of ADDIE process and adult learning theory.
- Experience developing training programs across multiple modalities and familiarity with Section 508 compliance.
