Leadership Development & Team Enablement Manager

Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute a leadership development strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Design, facilitate, and continuously improve leadership learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Manage the full lifecycle of leadership programs, including planning, implementation, measurement, and evaluation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE.
• Proven facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage audiences.
