About the Role:
- The Learning & Development Partner designs and delivers learning experiences that make Dragos leaders more effective.
- Reporting to the VP of Talent Strategy, this role owns the build and execution of leadership and manager development programs as we scale.
- This is a builder role, working closely with the VP on strategy and owning design, facilitation, and tooling.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver leadership and manager development programs, focusing on practical skills like performance management and feedback.
- Own the learning management system end-to-end for talent strategy, including configuration, content organization, and administration.
- Develop high-quality content across formats including facilitated sessions, self-paced modules, toolkits, and templates.
Qualifications:
- A track record of designing and delivering leadership or manager development programs.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience owning a learning management system.
- Ability to work independently on complex projects and comfort in a fast-moving environment.
Compensation:
- Salary: $145,000 with a competitive equity package.
