Director of Training & Development

The Role:

• This is a hands-on leadership role to build PKH's learning infrastructure from the ground up, including governance, content, and measurement systems.
• The role designs feedback loops connecting training to behavioral change and uses data to drive targeted reinforcement.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training management, or instructional design, ideally in higher education or OPM environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build training programs from scratch and design performance measurement systems that close the loop between training and outcomes.
• Exceptional facilitation skills and proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
