Learning and Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain training materials, guides, and learning resources for volunteers across multiple organizational functions.
• Assess organizational learning needs and recommend training initiatives that improve volunteer performance and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver onboarding programs to ensure new volunteers successfully integrate into the organization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering virtual training programs and learning initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
