Role Overview:
- We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to build and scale learning at SentiLink.
- This foundational role will own learning across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leadership development.
- You'll report to the Head of People and partner with leaders across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own SentiLink's learning strategy, identifying capability gaps and prioritizing initiatives.
- Design, build, and improve programs for onboarding, fraud education, manager development, and leadership development.
- Measure program effectiveness and use data to continuously improve outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- 6-10 years of experience in consulting, L&D, or talent development.
- Strong facilitation, program management, and instructional design skills.
- Experience building and scaling learning programs in a fast-paced environment.
