Role Overview:

  • We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to build and scale learning at SentiLink.
  • This foundational role will own learning across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leadership development.
  • You'll report to the Head of People and partner with leaders across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own SentiLink's learning strategy, identifying capability gaps and prioritizing initiatives.
  • Design, build, and improve programs for onboarding, fraud education, manager development, and leadership development.
  • Measure program effectiveness and use data to continuously improve outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6-10 years of experience in consulting, L&D, or talent development.
  • Strong facilitation, program management, and instructional design skills.
  • Experience building and scaling learning programs in a fast-paced environment.
