Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Service and Engineering leadership to identify knowledge or skill gaps.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs, including workshops and e-learning.
- Facilitate sessions and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in HR, Education, or OD plus 5+ years in L&D.
- Proficiency with modern LMS and authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.
- Strong instructional design, communication, and project management skills.
