This “First level agent” role provides first level support handles global master data maintenance in the corporate HR master data system. Main responsibilities include acting as first point of contact for HR professionals, maintaining personnel actions and global organizational objects, responding to inquiries, diagnosing issues, and escalating them as needed. The role also involves following global processes, providing customer service, and documenting technical issues.

The Training Manager will lead and govern the training & policy initiatives for field operations. They will manage end-to-end training programs, team governance, content development, and client interfacing, as well as oversee the training function across multiple locations and ensure compliance with training standards.

The Talent Management Specialist collaborates and provides hands-on support to their assigned People Business Partner Pod to provide support and guidance to their assigned client group(s), responding to questions as well as coordinating across the People, Payroll, and Employee Relations teams. They will provide coaching to People Managers to impact the engagement, development, and retention of talent.
