Support store and area managers with candidate sourcing using recruitment tools. Lead interviews for store manager and assistant store manager positions. Be the main point of contact for HR and payroll enquiries from internal and external employees.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with one or multiple scaling companies in Europe, setting up hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics for each process. You will communicate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, analyze the best candidate sources, advertise effectively, and run sourcing activities. You will be responsible for the longevity of projects and delivering solutions for our clients.
