About The Role:
- Own the operational backbone of a multi-entity, multi-country employer.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations everywhere we employ people.
- Manage flawless payroll, benefits, EOR partners, and structured hiring.
What You'll Do:
- Own employment compliance across our own entities, EOR markets, and freelancers.
- Oversee payroll and benefits end to end with Finance and external providers.
- Manage the EOR setup and steer recruiting operations across countries.
Who We're Looking For:
- You've owned HR operations end to end at an early-stage, VC-backed startup.
- Fluent German speaker with working knowledge of German and Swiss labor law.
- Structured, results-focused, and great across cultures.
