Head of People & Organisation Germany (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the seven-person People team, managing talent acquisition, HR business partnering, L&D, and operations.
• Act as strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, shaping culture and organizational design for a remote-first company.
• Oversee HR budget and processes, ensuring compliance with German labor law and supporting scalable growth.

Profile:

• 8+ years HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
• Strong operational background in talent acquisition and business partnering, with expertise in organizational design and change management.
• Fluent in German and English, with deep knowledge of German labor law and experience in remote work environments.
