- Act as strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, shaping culture and organizational design for a remote-first company.
- Oversee HR budget and processes, ensuring compliance with German labor law and supporting scalable growth.
Profile:
- 8+ years HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
- Strong operational background in talent acquisition and business partnering, with expertise in organizational design and change management.
- Fluent in German and English, with deep knowledge of German labor law and experience in remote work environments.
