  • You are the first point of contact for leads on all people topics, from performance and development to labor law and leadership.
  • You own performance management and feedback cycles, including PIPs, promotions, and offboardings, and drive strategic P&O projects end-to-end.
  • You handle operational tasks like A1 certificates and references while supporting the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting when needed.
