HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• You act as a sparring partner for (Senior) Leads and support them in shaping and developing their teams.
• You are responsible for performance management and feedback cycles, including PIPs, promotions, and offboardings.
• You are the first contact for labor law questions and drive strategic projects like pulse checks end-to-end.

Your Profile:

• You bring 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner or Generalist in a scale-up, B2B, or e-commerce environment.
• You have solid knowledge of German labor law and have led HR projects from idea to implementation independently.
• You are structured, self-driven in a remote setup, and make decisions based on data and facts.
