- You build strong relationships with stakeholders to coach them through HR challenges.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as strategic People partner to leaders in Data and Product.
- Work directly with leaders on organizational design and talent reviews.
- Advise on complex people challenges with empathy and sound judgment.
Remote Work:
- This role is remote, with a preference for EMEA time zones.
- You work effectively in a fully distributed environment and flex across timezones when needed.
