Core Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across Engineering, Product, and Security Research.
- Drive org design, workforce planning, and performance management strategies.
- Champion employee relations and leadership development in a remote environment.
What You Bring:
- 7-10 years of HRBP experience in high-growth technical organizations.
- Deep knowledge of organizational design and scalable people programs.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from scratch.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary of $169,000-$200,000 plus equity.
