About the Role:
- This is a strategic global lead role defining the talent agenda for assigned business functions.
- You will own talent strategy, organizational design, and leadership coaching worldwide.
- Partner with regional HR leaders to ensure a consistent, high-performance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business challenges into a multi-year global HR roadmap.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with COEs and regional HR for program implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 10+ years HR experience with strategic HRBP role.
- Proven ability to influence in matrixed organizations.
- Proficiency with Workday and data-driven HR analytics.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $100,000-$120,000 USD annually.
