- You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape how they think about organization, leadership, and talent.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping business strategy through organization design, leadership, and talent.
- Lead organization design, workforce planning, and succession efforts that position the business for growth.
- Coach senior leaders through organizational change, leadership transitions, and performance challenges.
What You Have:
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP partnership in operational or complex environments.
- Significant experience partnering with senior business leaders in complex, high-growth organizations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical organizational solutions.
