Key Responsibilities:
- Develops deep understanding of business strategy and financial drivers to serve as a strategic thought partner.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 5+ years progressive HR experience supporting complex organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive alignment on people and organizational decisions.
- Strong analytical capability to translate workforce data into insights and business outcomes.
