Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner to lead People Strategy for our R&D and Regulatory functions.
• Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will align HR initiatives with corporate goals and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive People Strategies to enable short and long-term functional goals.
• Partner with HR experts to attract, retain, and develop talent, and manage employee relations and communications.
• Coach senior leaders on organization design, change leadership, and complex issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 12+ years of experience, including biotechnology.
• Expert-level strategic workforce planning and demonstrated success in consultive HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development, change management, and employment laws.
