About the Role:
- This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- You will influence business outcomes by connecting people strategy with commercial priorities across a global, matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Lead talent processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning.
- Coach leaders to create high-performing, inclusive, and engaged teams.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience partnering with senior leaders in commercial organizations.
- Proven experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of U.S. and LATAM employment law preferred.
