Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce analytics to identify and develop key talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years of HR experience.
- 5+ years supporting sales or go-to-market organizations preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in organization design and change management.
