Role Overview:

• This senior HR leadership role serves as a trusted strategic partner to Global Medical Affairs and Commercial Development leaders.
• You will translate complex business priorities into people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness and support sustainable growth.
• The role combines executive coaching, workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and change leadership.

Key Accountabilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to senior business leaders, aligning workforce planning and people strategies with evolving business needs.
• Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives, including organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and capability building.
• Coach leaders through growth and transformation, developing strategies that strengthen readiness, adoption, and employee engagement.

Qualifications and Benefits:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline with 17+ years of progressive HRBP experience, strong biotech or pharma business acumen.
• Base salary range of $232,000–$290,000 USD, plus equity and comprehensive benefits, with remote work based in the US.
