Role Overview:
- Partner with G&A executives to translate global expansion priorities into organization structures, leadership capabilities, and talent plans.
- Lead organizational design for global corporate functions, clarifying centralized, regional, and local responsibilities.
What You'll Bring:
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP experience in a technology company through high-velocity growth.
- Strong organizational design and workforce planning experience, with the judgment to advise senior executives.
- Ability to turn workforce and business data into clear recommendations and move between strategy and execution.
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive base salary ($142,000–$185,000), equity, and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance.
