Associate Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Manager

Your Role:

• You will own end-to-end hiring for Growth department roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• You will partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and act as a trusted advisor.
• You will leverage data and AI tools to monitor funnel health and improve sourcing.

Your Profile:

• Must have excellent communication and analytical skills, with a structured way of working.
• Must be solution-oriented, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+).
