  • Drive the adoption of AI in recruiting by testing new tools and optimizing workflows.

About You:

  • Initial experience in recruitment, ideally in blue-collar hiring.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Practical experience with modern ATS and HR systems is an advantage.
