About the Role:
- Lead recruitment across Everfield's French portfolio companies.
- Partner with CEOs, Managing Directors, and hiring managers.
- Operate across diverse businesses, from newly acquired to mature.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial, technical, operational, and leadership roles.
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve recruiting efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technology or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of the French talent market.
- A data-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
