Opportunity:

  • Lead strategic sourcing and pipeline activities in partnership with senior leaders.

  • Represent the business area in creating employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment for the business area in line with Arc’teryx’s talent strategy.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure clear and unbiased decision making.
  • Advocate for transparency and unbiased feedback for candidates.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience within EMEA.
  • Customized recruitment strategies and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service focused mentality.
