- Represent the business area in creating employer branding initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment for the business area in line with Arc’teryx’s talent strategy.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure clear and unbiased decision making.
- Advocate for transparency and unbiased feedback for candidates.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience within EMEA.
- Customized recruitment strategies and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service focused mentality.
