- Interview and identify top talent using structured, data-driven techniques.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience and leverage AI and automation.
Your Profile:
- You are a strong communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- You bring a structured way of working and handle multiple priorities.
- You have high fluency in German (C1/C2) and strong English (B2+).
