Junior Recruiter

Role Description:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for the Sales area, from briefing to contract signing.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as social media, marketing campaigns, referrals, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Analyze current recruitment processes, identify improvement potentials, and carry out optimization projects.

Team and Culture:

• Work in a cross-functional, data-driven recruitment team of 9 members.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and act as a sparring partner for the entire organization.
• Measure and celebrate successes together as a team.
