- Research universities, source candidates using LinkedIn and Boolean search, and build talent pipelines.
- Screen candidates, maintain recruiting data, and contribute to improving hiring processes.
- Learn to use AI recruiting tools like Claude to enhance your effectiveness.
Who We're Looking For:
- Excellent English communication skills and a strong interest in recruiting or HR.
- Comfortable learning LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and AI tools.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
