Targeted Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist (Contractor)

Role Overview:

• You will own the contributor acquisition funnel end-to-end, from sourcing to first completed task.
• You will build systems and processes to scale recruiting reliably and quickly.
• You will work fully remotely with the Growth team and recruiters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage active and evergreen job funnels, track conversion, and implement fixes.
• Oversee BPO and external sourcing partnerships, evaluating quality and negotiating terms.
• Write and manage job postings across LinkedIn and other channels.

What You Bring:

• Operationally sharp with experience in recruiting ops or growth operations.
• Data-driven, comfortable with funnel analytics and building dashboards.
• Creative sourcer and excellent written communicator.
