About the Role:
- You will own the recruiting engine behind a major retail-execution program, designing systems to deliver contractors at the right time and cost.
- This is not a single-account role; you'll build a reproducible playbook that can be applied across all programs.
What You'll Own:
- Design and run the high-volume recruiting funnel, managing conversion, time-to-hire, and cost-per-qualified-contractor targets.
- Generate contractor supply through recruitment marketing and ad spend across job boards, geo campaigns, and referral programs.
- Architect the recruiting operations stack, configure ATS workflows, and ensure clean 1099 onboarding with legal and finance.
Core Competencies:
- You have proven track record in high-volume funnel management, recruitment marketing, and ATS architecture.
- You are hands-on, willing to get into the tools, and build documented, repeatable processes.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in recruiting operations or high-volume talent acquisition with end-to-end funnel ownership.
- Hands-on ATS configuration experience and fluency in recruiting metrics and analytics.
