Director, Professional Learning

Mission:

• Own end-to-end accountability for the pod's results, including product milestones, revenue targets, and customer impact.
• Translate company vision into a clear product roadmap and delivery plan, resolving competing demands.
• Champion AI tools and automation to accelerate delivery and build fluency within the pod.

Responsibilities:

• Develop segment-specific positioning, ICP definitions, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks.
• Lead voice of customer and market intelligence programs to sharpen positioning and product direction.
• Drive revenue by connecting product and content decisions to growth metrics, not proxy metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience, with 5-8 years of hands-on product or growth leadership.
• Proven owner and accountability, with strength in design thinking, commercial driving, and systems thinking.
• AI-fluent, low-ego leader who thrives in high-trust, low-bureaucracy teams.
