Accountabilities:
- Partner with frontline managers and leadership teams to enhance customer success and implementation enablement programs.
- Design and deliver scalable enablement programs that support onboarding, ongoing learning, and professional development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs using learner feedback and performance data.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience developing and facilitating training programs for groups of 20+ learners.
- Strong understanding of modern learning theories and instructional methodologies.
- Experience with learning management systems and creating digital learning content.
