About the Role:
- You will be a highly cross-functional individual contributor managing onboarding, learning design, and change management.
- You will combine existing training resources into actionable outputs for training teams globally.
- You will drive strategic prioritization and enhance core processes.
What You'll Do:
- Execute roadmaps autonomously, balancing strategic speed with daily execution.
- Build and manage enablement systems, content repositories, and reporting for trainer consistency.
- Lead product change and system updates to drive customer adoption and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, adult learning, or sales enablement in a fast-paced environment.
- A process-first mindset with the ability to map workflows and build structured strategies.
- Extreme autonomy and cross-functional influence to drive initiatives independently.
