Job Summary:
- Design and deliver learning experiences across the Mitratech HR Solutions product suite to drive product adoption and client engagement.
- Own and execute a broad range of training modalities including live webinars, eLearning courses, and support content.
Essential Functions:
- Manage an internal training request queue and prioritize requests by urgency and impact.
- Collect and analyze training engagement data to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and other teams to align training efforts with business priorities.
