Market Development and Business Growth:
- Leverage existing network of biologics sponsor and CRO relationships to open doors and build pipeline.
- Represent Syner-G at industry events and professional forums in the biologics space.
- Collaborate on proposal development, pricing strategy, and scope definition for West Coast opportunities.
Delivery Leadership:
- Author and provide strategic input on CMC regulatory submissions including INDs and BLAs.
- Maintain delivery accountability on engagements, holding the standard for quality and client satisfaction.
- Partner with broader Pharm Dev and Quality organizations to deliver integrated solutions.
Internal Contribution:
- Contribute to build-out of West Coast team, including input on talent strategy and hiring.
- Serve as senior biologics resource across national delivery organization, sharing expertise on complex programs.
- Provide leadership-level perspective on market trends and capability gaps to inform service evolution.
