The Role:
- Lead a team of experienced sales professionals with a focus on hematology and launch readiness.
- Develop regional business plans in coordination with cross-functional partners to achieve established goals.
- Identify customer needs and marshal company resources to meet those needs within the geography.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in business, life sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, including 3+ years in front-line malignant hematology sales and 5+ years in sales leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in complex markets and experience supporting a product launch.
