Commercial Leadership / Launch Execution:

  • Lead all regional launch planning and execution activities.
  • Translate national brand strategy into actionable regional business plans.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive intelligence.

Team Leadership / Coaching:

  • Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain top-performing territory managers.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 8–12 territory managers.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and collaboration.

Customer / Market Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers.
  • Partner with territory managers on key customer interactions.
  • Support pull-through with IDNs and priority accounts.

Compliance / Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure all regional activities are conducted in full compliance.
  • Manage regional budgets and resources effectively.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM utilization.
