- Translate national brand strategy into actionable regional business plans.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive intelligence.
Team Leadership / Coaching:
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain top-performing territory managers.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 8–12 territory managers.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and collaboration.
Customer / Market Engagement:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers.
- Partner with territory managers on key customer interactions.
- Support pull-through with IDNs and priority accounts.
Compliance / Operational Excellence:
- Ensure all regional activities are conducted in full compliance.
- Manage regional budgets and resources effectively.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM utilization.
