New Therapy Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care with an 80-85% clinical and 15-20% administrative balance.
• Monitor team productivity, documentation timeliness, and schedule utilization.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations for Therapists.

Qualifications:

• Active independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in primary residence and therapy state.
• 3+ years clinical experience in behavioral health and board certification to provide supervision.
• Prior leadership experience required; policy development experience preferred.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote with potential in-person attendance as needed.
• Requires prolonged sitting, manual dexterity, and reliable internet for virtual meetings.

Compensation and Benefits:
