Purpose:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality, equitable abortion services by developing and delivering training resources.
  • Create a standardized, cohesive, and accessible suite of resources for staff onboarding, training, and resilience.

Delivery:

  • Oversee communication, registration, and coordination of CAPS proctoring programs for affiliate clinical staff.
  • Deliver clinical trainings both remotely and in-person, and strategize to ensure effective dissemination and utilization of programs.

Engagement:

  • Collaborate with health care delivery teams and training programs across PPFA to ensure equitable, patient-centered, trauma-informed training.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external collaborators to manage challenges and improve training programs.
