  • Collaborate with data scientists and developers to design, refine, and conduct rigorous quality assurance on all 'off-the-shelf' reports
  • Leverage Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to extract, clean, analyze, and visualize data, delivering critical, actionable insights during customer-facing meetings
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to translate complex business and clinical questions into technical requirements, and design and govern a scalable system for the creation and organization of custom reports
